Returns

We want you and your dapper pup to love our products.  However, in the event that a return is needed, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (including weekends) and we will provide you with the necessary details for the return.  Buyers will have to bear the return shipping costs.

Please note that all returns must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery (including weekends).

Items must be in the original condition (i.e. unused and unwashed w/ original tags attached in the original packaging) to be eligible for a return.

Exchanges

As long as we have the desired style and size in stock, we will be happy to get your dapper pup fitted right. 

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery (including weekends).  Buyers will have to bear the return shipping costs, but we will cover the shipping fee for the new item requested.
